Returns Policy

We understand that buying online can sometimes be tricky. We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds on full-priced items purchased through our online store, provided the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all labels and tags still attached, and the original receipt must be included. You must also complete the refund or exchange form that was sent with your purchase and return it with the item.

To request a return, please email heythere@moscowboxer.com.au and we will provide you with our return postage address. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, as Moscow Boxer does not cover the cost of returning goods. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we have received your returned item. We recommend using a tracked postal service or courier to ensure your item is safely delivered.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return has been accepted, you can then place a new order separately.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
